I FEEL A BIT HUNGRY DURING THE DAY
This is completely normal during a nutritional reset.
Here are some hunger suppressants recommended by our nutritionist:
2-3 nuts (almonds, walnuts, etc.), a 0% yogurt (for the Well-Being and Vegetarian meal plans), Skyr (for the Low Carb meal plan), Greek yogurt (for the Keto meal plan), a fruit (for the Well-Being, Vegetarian, and Low Carb meal plans), or even a piece of 70% dark chocolate.

HOW DO DELIVERIES WORK AT EATOLOGY?

Our deliveries are made from Sunday evening to Friday morning according to your chosen time slot (7 PM – 9 PM the night before, between 8 AM and 9 AM, or between 9 AM and 10 AM).
For those who have chosen to receive their meals for 6 days (including Saturday), the Saturday meals will be delivered along with Friday’s to avoid any inconvenience over the weekend.
