HOW DO DELIVERIES WORK AT EATOLOGY?

Our deliveries are made from Sunday evening to Friday morning according to your chosen time slot (7 PM – 9 PM the night before, between 8 AM and 9 AM, or between 9 AM and 10 AM).
For those who have chosen to receive their meals for 6 days (including Saturday), the Saturday meals will be delivered along with Friday’s to avoid any inconvenience over the weekend.

The Eatology Keto Diet

Among the meal plans we offer to help you lose weight, you’ll find our Keto diet, sometimes considered the diet of the stars. This plan is based on the principles of the ketogenic diet, which involves a high intake of fats. Carbohydrates, on the other hand, are reduced to their strict minimum. It’s an effective method that quickly yields results because by decreasing carbohydrates, the body seeks its energy from fats. Some athletes also use it to gain more energy through the production of ketones. Over the days, the keto diet alters metabolism. At Eatology, our Keto Meal Plan consists of menus delivered to your home or office within Paris, prepared with fresh ingredients. The recipes are varied, and for each meal, nutritional contributions are distributed as follows: 65-70% fats, 20-25% proteins, and 5-10% carbohydrates. A typical day includes three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—comprising menus rich in healthy fats as well as snacks based on your calorie level. Additionally, for this ketogenic diet, you choose your plan: 2 or 3 meals per day from Monday to Friday, with or without snacks, and the duration. To achieve real results, we recommend a minimum of 2 weeks.
